DO NOT BUY.yall know how they handle stuff in shipping, it needs bubble wrap . also don't know why it came in a brown box when it was advertised as open box , it's clearly not new either . scratch marks on the controller and orange scuff marks on ps5 plates that also came taken apart from bad handling. I have a full video of the moment I opened the box. the joysticks are messed up on the controller from being pushed against the box. completely unprofessional and piss poor for false advertise.

Overall happy with the service. It said may come without original packaging and it did. Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space. But it’s been working great for 1 week+, so no real complaints.
