I received the wrong computer, not even close to what I ordered. The seller immediately responded to my inquiry and offered either a refund upon return or a discount to make do with the lesser unit. I decided to take the offer of discount and apply the money to accessories I needed for the laptop. Communications were immediate and courteous and I will likely purchase from this seller again. Well done.

Fast shipping, well packaged, as described. Seller staff sent to me wrong model lap top ,sent a message to Seller , they found right one and immediately sent it to me . They apologized and made everything right. Thank you , Seller always reply my message within 5 or 10 minutes , easy to deal with Seller , I would buy from this seller again!

Although I received the wrong model due to an error, the seller quickly resolved the issue and issued a refund. The customer service was excellent. Even though the item was not the correct model, it remained in good condition.
