I wasn't pleased at all to begin with. I had to message the seller to see what the holdup was since the listing said it would ship within two days. After I contacted them, I finally got a response and they shipped it about the time I was asking to cancel. The printer is a great value, is new, looks great, and I'm sure the quality is fine because I have had several of these printers.
