  1. I took a chancer ordering these because in the past, so-called HP ink cartridges I bought did NOT work and I would get a message saying "Not HP and is not compatible"! (even though they were HP labeled). So, after researching this seller and comments, I thought I would take a chance and they came today, I put them in and my printer accepted them!!! I am very happy.   2. Brother INK cartridge as described arrived in bag (no box) , which isn't that unusual on eBay. Haven't used it yet. However, the cartridge bag was NOT vacuumed sealed and shorter in length than my other Brother ink packages. Item bag also stated a "new design change" meaning bagged cartridge was shipped without green and orange ink protector. Also, no expiration date could be found. All above together has left me a bit uncomfortable about this Brother ink purchase. I hope it works.

  3. The item arrived undamaged, although not in its original box. The item(s) appear to be as described: original and genuine. My printer will let me know if there is any difference, but since I don't need the new ink for a couple weeks, do not know how well it will work. But I do trust this seller and their high ratings, so will purchase from them again and recommend this seller.
