Item was received VERY well packed. Very pleased with what i received minus one issue with the internal dummy load. Contacted seller directly for support and Paul the owner was very helpful and figured out that the monitor needed repair. other then paying for the shipping to send the monitor to the repair shop, Paul covered the cost to repair and ship back the service monitor. Now that the monitor is back, everything seems to be in top shape. Highly recommend.
