Item arrived with slight damage to the outer box, the contents appeared intact. Item was only packed in a thin plastic shipping bag, after I paid $10 for shipping! Fast shipping, I am not happy about the damage to the box. I messaged the seller about the damage. They told me to open a return after I already said I did not want to return the item. Seller should consider packing this item in a cardboard box for future orders to prevent shipping damage.
The loops I bought were a slightly different color than I expected from the description. However the seller was super kind in helping me find a resolution. They were extremely communicative, always very helpful, and went really above and beyond to make it right. They also shipped the loops out very promptly after I had ordered them. Exceptional customer service and I would definitely order from them again.
Toy arrived as described and was shipped promptly and carefully. I bought it for me but if it were a gift I appreciate the care they put into packaging it. I’d highly recommend this seller.
