Prompt shipping, product as described. I had an issue with the original item that got sent but the seller was very responsive (like instant, really), and immediately made it right by sending the correct product. Fluke PM6690 counter, as listed, shipped the next day, packaged with expanding foam. like test gear should be. had an issue with my order, was sent the wrong unit by mistake, sent a message about it, had it answered within an hour, was told they will send the right unit with return label the next day. they did exactly that. very impressed how professional they are. Thank You.

Well, it took two tries (the first one had a defective timebase and one dead channel). But the second one from this seller was fine. The packing, shipping, and responsiveness to questions and issues were great. I highly recommend the Seller.
