I thought originally that some parts were left out of the shipment. So I contacted the seller and he agreed to send them the next day. I ended up finding the parts, but I love to see good customer service. Thank you for being communicative and will to make things right just off my word. That’s rare these days. Oh and the drone is awesome much better picture clarity than my other DJI drones.
Fast shipping, arrived quick. Came as seller described. PC turned on and functioned. Great experience with the seller. Only thing I would recommend is padding products better in the future. My open box PC had only the bottom styrofoam, so it was wiggling side to side in the box. A couple parts fell off and a couple screws may have been bent in shipping.
