There customer service is great, shipping is quick, Responding to questions and problems after the sale was great. I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund.
