Seller offered a $50 partial refund after device was faulty. I have to send the device to get repaired. Seller was responsive, quick and friendly. Sadly device was not as listed but seller did what he did to provide complete help. Offered a complete refund with return, which is awesome. Would actually say that was an ok experience based on that. Would recommend buying from this seller due to the warming and asurring experience.
A positive experience while buying from this seller. The item packaging was exceptional, the laptop had a small scratch on the top of the lid, but this is expected from a refurbished product. The price to value is great. Arrived with original charger. Shipping time was well within the advertised range. Item specs were accurate and the item recieved perfectly matched the description.
