FedEx attempted to deliver PC to WRONG house. Have been on phone with FedEx since 10:30 am edt. They claim they still have the PC and will deliver it on 6/20. I’m disabled have trouble walking. I’m always home. Neighbor brought me fed ex tag stating they attempted delivery. I am at my wits end with fed ex. Fed ex said they would only try and redeliver today if this was an express delivery. I told fed ex to charge me for difference. Then the customer service agent said he couldn’t do that.
Shipping was lightning quick. Received laptop 2 days after ordering it. The PC's performance is as quick as their shipping service. Its price was a steel. I am very pleased with this transaction. They come completely recommended.
Honest seller, as described, laptop had some start up issues but was able to fix and wasnt a major issue. Seller did respond when I wrote. Laptop shipped fast and well packed. Laptop works well now and will be a great xmas gift.
