The computer arrived very protected, which is always something to highlight about this seller since it has quite good packaging. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the laptop's battery, but the seller responsibly gave me a partial refund. Without a doubt, I will continue buying from this store since they have laptops mainly in excellent aesthetic conditions at a quite affordable price.
The laptop i ordered works like a dream! It came very well packaged, and was exactly as described in the description. The price for retail versions of this same laptop are crazy, and I'm happy having only paid maybe 1/10th of the that price. Seller is also very professional and helpful. I put in the wrong address and they addressed the issue within the hour. Overall, great experience.
AWESOME SELLER! I purchased a used computer monitor. Shipment was fast and the monitor was packed very nicely with a lot of styrofoam for protection. The power cord and HDMI cable were accidentally left out of the box. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly and shipped them to me the next morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
