I really like this computer. There are no imperfections that I can see; the description suggested there might be some damage to the casing so I was a little concerned. The shipping box suffered a rough trip and I had no idea what I would find inside so I took some pictures of the box before I opened it. After opening it, I saw that their packing protected the computer completely. Whew! As a non-nerd, I'm fighting Microsoft every step of the way loading all my Google/Chrome programs and apps.
The computer arrived just as described by the seller! When the seller says the computer is ready to use immediately, he means it. I just pulled it out of the box expecting to navigate through the whole setup process and windows opened immediately like, ta-dahhhh! The computer looks great! The shipping was fast, meaning the seller shipped it out without delay. UPS lost the package in circulation, but the communication between the seller and I was excellent. Would buy again. An excellent computer for the price. Interestingly enough, I could have sworn the description for it said no web cam and yet it does in fact have one. Not a downside, just a note I figured I should add. After a bit of work, it's pretty easy to install Linux on it, and it seems to work for my mother's needs. Thank you so much, it not only works better, but was also cheaper, than my mother's useless netbook she had to return!
