  1. Overall experience was good - Shipping was prompt, packing was sufficient. Unfortunately the item was not as described and my item was DEFECTIVE as only one speaker on the headset worked. So I reached out to the seller and received a prompt refund through ebay and got to keep the defective item. I wish it would have worked out, as the headset was in really good condition...but I couldn't use it with only one speaker working.

  2. I received the item in original packaging, with instructions, labels and protective film intact, with no marks or blemishes, and all the accessories appear to be in original unopened bags. Either this was never used, or someone took incredibly good care of it. It was packed well for shipping, shipped out promptly, and now that I've set it up it is working flawlessly. Great seller, I couldn't be happier.

  3. The NAS arrived in great condition. However, this was not an "Open Box" item. It's Certified Refurbished which I am fine with, but it was not advertised that way. Tested the NAS, and it works great. Looks great, too. Fantastic deal! Received a partial refund for the misrepresentation in the listing. Note to Seller(s): List all of the details in what you sell.
