The laptop arrived well packaged and the company provided shipping information and confirmed shipping less than 24 hours after ordering. On arrival it was in WAY better condition than described, I would argue it appears closer to nearly new condition, no scratches, or stains, the only visible wear is some very minor discoloration on the hinges. The advisement did state it had Windows 11 on it but it arrived with Windows 10; not really a big deal to me.
The item was in very excellent condition like new and I'm really appreciate the seller. The shipment almost took less than a week to reach me, I highly recommend this seller to others as well. The laptop was as it is what is describe by the seller and looks brand new, communication is very effective too. I will be definitely ordering some more from this supplier. 10 out of 10
