Item was different color from what was listed. Sent yellow and listing showed orange. Item was damaged during shipping. It was shipped with no packaging. Ends were not wrapped with anything. Seller issued a return label and a refund. I wrapped ends to return.
The platter is exactly as described. It arrived in a timely fashion without damage. I was not expecting it to be shipped directly from Bed Bath & Beyond but the price from the seller was very close to the online one so I am very satisfied.
