Tell us about the Hot Side Intercooler Tube that comes in the HSP Intercooler Bundle Kit The hot side tube that is inside the HSP Intercooler Bundle Kit is a part that is often overlooked. The hotside pipe from the factory on the LLY trucks is often known to fail. The factory routing that it takes rubs on the power steering line; this causes the line to create a hole in the tube resulting in a boost leak and loss of power. This has been a problem from day one, and HSP Diesel knows it can be a big one with no notice. This is why our Hot Side tube routes directly into the intercooler; this results in lower temperatures, better airflow, and added clearance in those tight places. The Hot side intercooler tube is made from a 3" mandrel-bent tube that can be powder coated to spice up the engine bay. Tell us about the Cold Side Tube that comes in the Intercooler Bundle Kit The Cold side pipe is also made of a 3" diameter tube. We mandrel-bent the tube to give the maximum flow of air and decrease the turbulence that is often seen inside these pipes. The mandrel-bent 3" cold side tube connects to the factory style bridge for the ultimate efficiency, flow, and maximum performance capabilities of your truck while retaining all the necessary parts. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
