The item is as advertised a genuine Volvo part still in its original packaging and a quality item very pleased with the item not so happy with the communication from the seller. The response to messages was slow and after ordering I was told it was the wrong part but upon receiving it it was the correct item and when I query about the part being wrong, I was told no I couldn’t have a discount so clearly someone’s got their right wires crossed so I’m confused

Erste Lieferung war leider beschädigt, vielleicht durch den Lieferdienst ich weiß es nicht, aber nach der Ankunft den Käufer kontaktiert und der schickte mir gleich ein neues Teil das dann Fehlerlos war. Verkäufer ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen 👍🏻
