  1. The shipping was timely. The packaging was ok. I had to really careful as to cut the wrapping open as to not cut the material. It wasn’t wrapped in tissue paper or anything. The blouse was as described. The value and the blouse was fine and the cost of the shipping was a little much for the package. I think; but the USPS knows best! lol. I love the blouse it is so cute.
