New in box. Nonsmoking home. Ornament has been tested, and Magic feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 17 year old ornament, with 17 year old batteries that are installed. They usually work when installed, but not always. You may need to purchase new ones. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Magic feature has not worked even with new batteries. There is some slight yellowing to the plastic insert that holds the ornament (see pictures). This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds.
