Size and Color Variations: 1. The thickness of the rug is 3-5mm We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process. 2. Natural Raw Jute Material: Jute, a sustainable and earthy fibers, forms the foundation of our rugs. This natural material, imbued with its distinct characteristics, may vary in hue and tone from one batch to another. This natural diversity is a testament to the authenticity of our rugs, showing the genuine beauty of raw materials. 3. Lighting Effects in Photography: The visual representation of our rugs in product images can be influenced by lighting conditions during photography. While we make every effort to accurately depict the colors, the way they appear on your screen may be influenced by factors such as screen settings, monitor calibration, and ambient lighting. Care: You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Steam cloth to clean them. Packing: The rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat. Return Policy: We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug, then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product. NOTE: - A little bit difference in color and size will not be a wrong or damaged product. Excellent rug! Like the other buyers mentioned, the seller took a little longer to ship than 20 days. However, the seller was very communicative after the item shipped, and the rug arrived extremely quickly after the shipping date…well within the deadline. Even with the $150 import fee on the $550 rug, this was still an outstanding deal. The same rug would’ve cost me $1,600 in the USA. The rug is beautiful, and I love it! The color is very close to the existing rug that I was trying to match.

I was worried about buying an expensive pattern from an unknown shop, but my new rug is absolutely glorious. It's well made, heavy, soft, exactly as pictured, arrived incredibly well packaged and unbelievably quickly, great comms from the seller when I had a couple of panics, and I can't recommend this shop highly enough.
