The seller was wonderful to work with. We created a custom rug and seller spent a lot of time adjusting the design to help us create what we were seeking. Seller maintained communication throughout the process, sending us updates and even pictures of the rug during various stages of being woven. Ultimately, the rug arrived quicker than anticipated and both the design and the quality were better than we had expected.
Quality is excellent. Beautiful rug. Packaging was top notch - no damage was incurred during shipping. The colors varied from the pic a little (I think they sent the Traditional version, not the one I ordered), but overall it still worked for me and looks lovely.
Rug is exactly as described and better than pictured. I will definitely buy from this seller again! Do not hesitate to order.
