was suppose to be new, used product sent, wires twisted, power pack not in plastic package, lose nuts and bolts, damage packaging, box had old packing slip on it, box showed damaged by send because it was under plastic wrap. beware of this seller, do not buy! terrible condition of this product, showed signs of being installed before! see pics
