Item received was not the model pictured, which is what I thought I was ordering. I already have one like the photos and expected this one to be identical. While the one I received is a different model, it seems to work just as well as the one I already have. Seller should be careful to use photos of the exact item being sold as there are differences between models, possibly more significant than in this case. Also, while sold as a new item, the box was VERY damaged, even before it was shipped.
I received the item is good condition, but they have some weird shipping practices. They gave me tracking information for FedEx. I got an eBay alert that it was delivered. Went to get it, but it wasn't there. I notified the seller. While I was in communication with them about it, suddenly it showed up -- from AMAZON! I'm not happy about that, because I was specifically trying to avoid ordering from Amazon.
Super fast shipping! Love the bowls! Can’t wait to use them! The only bummer was, when I opened the bag it came in, the box with the bowls in it was soaked in an odorless brown liquid. It was only inside the bag, the outside of the bag was completely dry. But it didn’t get to anything important
