  1. So initially, I ordered from them and waited for the package to ship. 2 weeks went by and it had never advanced in shipping. It just said USPS was still waiting for the package. I contacted the postal service thinking that maybe it was a problem on their end. They said no and to reach out to the seller. I did, and the seller was very open and promptly answered my messages. They got the problem resolved quickly and I received the package within 3-4 days. The item was as listed. Highly recommend.

USPS on the other hand... usually is great, but they were impersonating UPS and literally traveled it 40 MILES in the opposite direction to Santa Clarita vs the direct 13 miles to my town, haha.
