There are a number of "Gryffindor" scarves available through various sellers but this one seemed to be the most authentic. The stripes are the correct width, the scarf is appropriately long, there is no insignia and the tassels are correct. I had hoped the gold stripes would be brighter, but the product photo clearly shows that instead of a sunflower-yellow, the stripes are a kind of burnished gold. However, this is a minor issue, especially considering that the price is very reasonable.

Great item, Alivan's is the best for a reason. Shipping was 2 weeks later than estimated, and communication was very slow. Tie was Ps/Cos style instead of PoA.
