This item was purchased as a gift for a friend.It was advertised as new but it is hard to tell if it is.The item was wrapped in very loose plastic indicating it might have been used.I have mailed it already to be on time for Christmas.Hopefully all is fine with it.I can't say much more as to the condition of the CD.
