Packages shipped via Media Mail are trucked overland (no air), so you can generally estimate how long it will take for a package to reach you based on how far you are from me (New York). Based on customer response, it seems as if destinations along the East Coast take a week. West Coast destinations take approximately 14 days. Hawaii and Alaska take a minimum of 1 month. Times may also increase if there is bad weather along the route, especially during the winter. Remember, there are no guarantees on delivery time. Occasionally things get lost. Packaging was excellent. There were several layers and a plastic sealed bag as well as bubble cushions. Very pleased. The book was just as described and I’m very happy to have found a childhood favorite to read to future grandchildren. The shipping time took longer than normal but the listing did tell it would take longer due to how it was shipped to keep the costs low. I'm afraid the communication with the seller was quite not nice at all. However, my favorite part was how perfectly the item matched its description, which is why I decided to order. It was securely packaged, and I loved how one signed item was kept in a very safe place. That said, I was surprised to find only paper bags in the box. I expected more protective packaging. Fortunately, everything arrived safely. The expensive shipping sucked, but the overall experience wasn’t quite bad.
The Seller provided a clear description and photos of the books I purchased. However, nothing prepared me for the absolutely perfect books I received! They were all in excellent condition--even better than I expected! The shipping was very prompt; the box was sturdy; and, the tape was reinforced with nylon, so the books were well-protected during shipping. I would absolutely recommend this vendor!
