Seller was very helpful and communication was very prompt. Unfortunately item arrived broken due to eBay not repackaging the item correctly at their distribution centre. This was very disappointing but I believe the seller made all effort at their end to pack very well originally. EBay need to review their packaging processes. But I was pleased that a refund was issued immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from seller again.

Shipping was fast and plush came as described with no noticeable defects or tears. Item was packed well and good for the value. Missed out on this guy cus I'd grabbed the Christmas Tree that'd came out the same year instead - so I'm glad to finally add this one to my BAB family!
