1st edition print there are some errors present that were changed later on. On page 683 the line "They found seats in the topmost row of stands", was replaced in later prints. Also, on page 684 the line "he had squeezed his way all along the row behind", was changed during later print runs. These original errors show that this is a true first edition printing.
