The rug quality was great, shipped in a few days, arrived before date. The color was to dark and would not work. I received a return authorization promptly. I recommend this vendor and will reorder something that will work for our home. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase or their customer service. Thumbs up.
rug is very good quality, is new and is pretty and inexpensive. Only downside was the slow shipping (which was the fault of USPS), but it got here eventually. Please package rugs like this in a cardboard tube that would not cause creases in the rug.
