I bought the UC Davis Dad license plate frame for a present for my ex. Through no fault of the seller, the frame was bent during shipping. I contacted the seller and they advised they could replace it or refund it. I needed it that day so initially I asked for a refund, but was able to salvage the damaged frame so the seller sent me a Mom license plate frame and two keychains. Arrived in perfect condition. Responsive and kind seller. Recommend!
I contacted Custom Auto Frames asking for custom wording on a license plate frame. Within minutes I received an affirmative response. The next day they sent a proof to me and it was shipped the following day. The frame and well protected decals arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service and product quality !!!
