Cooler received significantly crushed by UPS. I felt the packaging was inadequate from the seller and communicated this back to them. I was able to use the cooler after bending it back into shape, though who knows about part longevity after doing that. Not trying to dunk on the seller here, as UPS really did the damage, just reporting fact.
Item came and is going to work great. The seller was extremely helpful and guided me to a better option in their store then I had originally enquired about. There quality control seems on point.
Great seller! Packaged well, shipped quickly! If USPS had done what they were supposed to do, I would have it within 3 drays. Not the seller's fault.
