This Company is great. They did what they were suppose to do. The problem I experienced was from the shipping co. The communication was great. They resolved the problem ( not created by them ). I received a new item delivered by a different carrier within days. Not over 2+ weeks. Plus they even offered a refund of my purchase price. Can't beat that.
