  1. Quick safe delivery but not very well packed inside the actual item box. The outer box arrived undamaged and fortunately for the seller the lamps were OK. I would suggest that they take the time and care to place some packing around the lamps inside their boxes to prevent them from rattling around loose in transit. Having said all that,they are a very good value for money item and seem to be made from good quality materials finished to a reasonably high standard and should look good when fitted.

  2. Received items in good time and well packaged, however the wrong items were sent. Contacted the Seller and arranged a return/refund with no issues. Seller agreed to accept the refund and to cover the cost of the return postage. Seller refunded the money promptly after having received the package. Unfortunate that the items were incorrect but otherwise the Seller is good.
