The shipping was quick, conversation with seller was efficient and pleasant. The packaging was fine, however, the cd player will scratch and pause every couple of seconds even though it's supposed to work perfectly fine and the boombox arrived dirty with minor cosmetic scratches and stains and has some writing in sharpie at the top that was not pictured. Not exactly as described, I'm a little disappointed but no major issues, wish it was cheaper considering it's issues with playing the CD.
