I reached out after a week since I saw on the 7th day that the item was marked “shipped no tracking”, never heard back. It did show up the next day though. The design on the front comes from a sticker that has to be applied by the buyer, which was bent up pretty bad in shipping and wouldn’t stick too well. For $50 after fees, I was expecting it to be a faceplate or applied beforehand. No damage to MP3, but it was thrown haphazardly into a mailer where the box was smashed, very risky packing.
Very nice item just as described! Shipping was kind of slow but it was expected it would be.
