The product is great. My cat loves it and I hope it will help his kidney disease. But it is incredibly expensive and the shipping/customs time from Japan to the US is very very slow. The sellers were quick to reply when I asked them to track it for me (the tracking number never worked) and they weren't too sympathetic to my concern. Never-the-;ess it's a good product and they were responsive.
Great communication, quick processing/shipping, and item arrived just as described - aside from minor tear in cardboard on back of box (was not a result of shipping), which did not impact the condition of the figure itself. To be fair, the listing stated "It is new item, but the box has some scratches and paint wear". Overall extremely happy with this purchase.
Item description was accurate, item was reasonably priced compared to competitors. Communication was great—was sent consistent updates of when it was shipped but it did not arrive on the estimated date. Would recommend to others who are interested in purchasing items from Japan! Will probably come back again to see what else they sell.
