The strap came as it’s described, brand new and genuine. It fits my bag perfectly. The seller was very quick to respond any questions I had. The over all experience was very positive. The service from eBay was not impressive. Customer service was hard to reach and didn’t solve my problem at all ( payment couldn’t go through for 2 days). I was put on hold for 50 minutes and eventually gave up.
