  1. The seller responded to my first message within 3 minutes, but after I paid for the item, did not respond to my requests to combine shipping and package the parcel with padding. I paid the full shipping for each of two porcelain trays that were shipped together in one parcel, but worse, the trays were shipped in their original boxes with no additional padding. Fortunately, USPS was careful, allowing the Hermès boxes to protect the delicate porcelain. Items were as described and good value.
