Arrived on time but with a marked up case. Due to the packaging, I have reason to believe it was like this before being shipped. I contacted the seller and asked for a $1.50 refund to get a replacement jewel case (which is how much it costs to buy one locally). The seller repeated my request to me, but hasn’t sent the refund and it’s been a couple days. The first two photos (or the cleaner pictures if they upload weird) were the photos from the listing and the rest are how it arrived.

Item as described and I am happy with my purchase. Shipping was very slow though. I purchased the tie on March 13th and it was delivered April 10. The tracking number showed the package sitting in NYC and ATL for about a week in each location.
