Shipping was fast, packaging was good. Item was as described. There were some pet (?) hairs on certain areas of the plush, but I got most of them out with lint rolling. The material itself makes the hair hard to get out. Plush arrived clean in appearance and smell. I would buy from this seller again.

shipped so fast and is even cuter than the photos! she’s in AMAZING condition coinsdering the plush is 13 years old 😂 just as described. and the packaging was amazing! she was wrapped in bubble wrap and covered with a bag. thanks!!
