There was damage in shipping. The corner of fender is bent back. This was not mentioned in the description. Packed in a box with no bubble wrap or wood to stiffen box on an easily bent item. Box arrived crushed by a couple inches, which obviously bent the fender inside and paint directly wearing against cardboard chipped paint. Certainly NOT worth the value paid given either the description was inaccurate or there was damage during shipping due to the poor packaging. We need our money back!
I genuinely cannot thank the seller of this part enough. A replacement EGR valve from my local chevy dealer was almost $1900, a 700% increase in price in under a year. After great communication about the part from the seller, i committed to purchase. Our volt is now code free and back in top shape. Without their help and hard work salvaging this part, we still would not have our car working. Truly life saving, and we will thank you all daily! Item well packed and shipped quick! A++++++++
This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution.
