Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I ordered the record but then had some issues on my end of when it was getting here so I submitted a cancellation request but then I figured everything out and the seller was very patient and good to deal with so I’m happy there. The package also arrived two days before it was supposed to which was great. The only issue was on the spine of the cover there was a small rip across the title but otherwise the package was in great condition.
The product I purchased was exactly as described and it was in perfect condition! Not only was the seller responsive every step of the way during the shipping, but they were also kind! When I questioned the product's quality they assured me it was brand new, and when it shipped it had the original box, plastic wrap, and the appearance of the case once unboxed was perfect. The price was higher than MSRP in the US but I couldn't find this case anywhere else. 100% Recommend!
An excellent seller! A+++ Excellent communication. Very happy with the price. I was unsure about importing a steelbook but it was packaged with a high level of care - wrapped in plastic, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in paper, then placed in a box. It arrived in perfect condition. My steelbook looks perfect. The 4K video was high quality. I am extremely satisfied with this transaction.
