Item as described. Received earlier than promised - thanks. Heater went down, four local parts houses didn't have item in stock and said it would take 5-7 days to get item in and shipping would be $25-$40. This seller (located in the same state the parts houses were going to order from) got it to me in 2 days with free shipping and I was able to get my heat back up and running. 5stars!

Great company to deal with. I had to order the part twice. No fault of the seller. FedEX claimed they could not find my building. 35,000 sq ft building and the driver could not find it, so FedEX sent it back. I got my refund and re-ordered it and had it sent to my home and got the part in 2 days as was told.

The product was as advertised and it was priced at a fair amount for an OEM part. Shipping was fast but how it was packed left a lot to chance. Heavy metal with nothing but a thin piece of bubble wrap and placed in a plastic shipping envelope. All’s well that ends well however. I recommend the seller.
