There was an issue with the protective sleeve the order came in, but the seller did their best to explain how to get it off to me. I had to cut open their sleeve, which nearly damaged the true seal of the product, but thankfully it did not. Would by again from if they don't put such a tight protective sleeve on sealed video games in the future.
Item shipped quickly, was packaged very securely, and arrived in brand new condition exactly as described. the seller is friendly and responsive, and I would absolutely purchase from them again!
