The seller was responsive and very helpful when it came to shipping issues. The case came new in the box as described. The case itself is good quality and looks really nice to clipped on a bag. As a chronic iPod misplacer this is the perfect case.
Item appears in good condition but unknown if actually new per description. Packaging was dirty and retaped and had previous sticker on it stating a previous buyer’s name and “buyer’s remorse.”
