THE SELLER IS GREAT! They do above and beyond for their customers which i love. i asked for a price adjustment and they did it with no hesitation.less than two hours of me ordering I already had a tracking label and it only took three days to arrive, which was two weeks before expected. The packaging was nice and tugged,and the item was as described and better. The value is also incredible. If you’re looking to budget, but get good quality this is the best seller to look for. But in short GREAT!

This seller replied quickly to my inquiry and was upbeat and positive in all communications. After the seller confirmed that the part would fit my range, I ordered the set of oven racks and they arrived as described, well packaged, and in good time. The seller and product are great. Price is competitive. Delivery being out of their control once shipped , the product was delivered to a wrong address. The delivery email picture helped us figure out the location and we went and picked it up. Seems like an isolated error that was remedied easily and not ill intended or negligent. Just a mix up of numbers and the kindness of honest people out of hundreds of deliveries.
