Item was brand new and exactly as described, and shipped quickly. Glad to see that the box was not damaged, everything went smooth and the item was packaged securely with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe. Seller also was quick on shipping it out and I'm glad to have this set, this seems to be one of the last I needed for All Engines Go sets. Set was priced fairly as well. Wanted another new Echo Dot to add to our existing network - pleasantly surprised to find a new one still in the box. Ordered around Black Friday and took a while for USPS to get it here - but seller followed up as she was tracking the package and apologized for slowness of snail mail - not her fault!
