Coat arrived brand new with tags- as stated in title and description. It was shipped fast, but have ZERO protection during shipping. My coat was shipped in a gray mailer bag, no other protection. So be careful when opening your package cuz you might damage it due to the lack of any protective layer(s) inside.
There was an issue in the shipment, though I suspect it was more of UPS s fault rather than orginal seller. Despite this, the seller was very communicative and cooperative and was able to help and work with me to resolve all issues
